In recent years,the country has vigorously practiced the concept of green development.The method of producing seismic wave signals by explosives in the field of seismic exploration has been strictly limited,and it has become more and more unable to adapt to the actual engineering needs.As a green source,the spark source can replace the dynamite to generate seismic signals and achieve green exploration.It has a very broad application prospect.Due to the principle of plasma discharge,the electric spark is converted into a vibration energy in a short time,and the process of energy conversion is often accompanied by strong electromagnetic wave radiation.Therefore,the synchronization between spark source and acquisition system is always a puzzle for engineers.The purpose of this paper is to study a set of data acquisition system compatible with the electric spark source,to overcome the electromagnetic interference of the electric spark source and to realize the intellectualization and miniaturization of the acquisition system combined with modern information technology.The system uses the Intel company's computer bar(M1s)and the collection card of the MPS series as the hardware platform.In the Qt integrated development environment,the software of the server and the client software running on the PC are designed and run in the computer bar.The system uses wireless networking to make data transmission wireless.The client software is the control hub of the system.Through the wireless communication with the server side software,the whole system is controlled,the system operation is more intelligent,and the good interface design makes the system more humanized.In order to better compatible with the electric spark source,the optical signal of the source is received by the optical fiber synchronizer.The optical fiber synchronization device uses the photoelectric conversion module to convert the light signal into the electrical signal.After the isolation,amplification and signal processing,the drop edge signal is output.The acquisition card receives the descent signal from the source and triggers the acquisition.It avoids electromagnetic interference and synchronize with the source.The hardware size of the system is small,and the miniaturization design is realized.The test and experimental results show that the communication between the client and the server is good and the data transmission is stable and reliable.The synchronization problem of the electric spark source and the acquisition system can be solved by the scheme of the optical fiber synchronizer,and the electromagnetic interference is avoided,and the signal acquisition scheme based on the computer bar greatly improves the system.The system architecture based on C/S realizes the flexibility and intelligence of the acquisition system.The structure of the article is as follows: the first chapter introduces the research background of the system and the research status of the data acquisition system.The second chapter introduces the background of the project,analyzes the functions that the system should have,and designs the architecture,communication protocol and network structure of the hardware and software according to the functional requirements.The third chapter is the design of server-side software.Server side software is divided into three parts: network communication,collection driver and file preservation.The fourth chapter is the client software design,the client software directly interacts with the user,so the client software designs a beautiful and easy to operate interface.The client software function module is divided into network communication,file system and curve drawing.The fifth chapter is a system test.The system is connected to the source of the electric spark,and the function of the system is tested.The test shows that the system designed in this paper is stable and reliable,and it is compatible with the electric spark source compatibility.The sixth chapter summarizes the main contents of this paper.
