The war was accompanied by the development of human. From the wars that spread the world from World War Ⅰ and World War Ⅱ to the small-to-medium-scale local wars, the contradiction between the state, the geopolitics, and religion could not be completely solved. The world was still enveloped in the shadow of war.Whether in the 20 th century or the 21 st century, religious conflicts, terrorist attacks, and interference with other countries are still the main causes of creating chaos. In this continuous state, the government is weak in social order and naturally cannot take care of its own cultural lifelines.Cultural heritage was also destroyed in the midst of national disaster or in the sound of relentless artillery,or deliberately destroyed because of religious opposition. The survival conditions of the theater museums, the status of cultural relics protection, and whether the cultural heritage struggling in the war can survive are all problems that need to be considered. What impact did the war have on the museum, how museum collections were preserved in the fighting, how many artifacts were lost, and how many cities were destroyed. Why is the signing of the Convention not completely restricting the behavior of looters, and how is the Convention binding? In the process, what role has government agencies and staff played? What is the role of laws and conventions? How to stop or at least reduce the sales of cultural relics illegally flowing into the art market due to the destruction of museums and archaeological sites? How to protect culturally valuable items and,if necessary, remove them from conflict areas and transport them to a safe haven? Which projects have provided support and how do you design assistance? How to make the forces of all parties unite, send their own voice, and even enoughpower to stop the "next time".Cultural heritage that has undergone war needs to be repaired and rebuilt after the war.The criteria for reconstruction and the choice of reconstructed objects all need to be explored. In recent years, the enormous potential of museums has become increasingly apparent.Due to their historical significance and economic value, these institutions have increasingly become the targets of extremism destruction due to differences in religion and culture.Because the continuous turmoil has led to the decline of the country's economy,it has continued to live by robbing and trafficking in cultural heritage. The museums in Afghanistan were closed, the art treasures stolen in the war had not yet been returned, and domestic cultural heritage smuggling also flourished.Iraq has not recovered its vitality so far.The Syrian war continues.Cultural heritage that cannot be moved is exposed to gunfire until it vanishes. These countries that are trapped in the war do not have enough funds and technologies to protect the safety of cultural heritage.Under the same danger, human rights are more important than property rights. The government must first solve the problems of national survival in order to solve cultural problems. When museums are threatened by the symbolic value they possess for local and international communities, they must be protected and supported in promoting the intrinsic role of intercultural communication and dialogue as historical drivers. How to seek assistance? International cooperation is more and more important, international groups will also be more and more, sources of funds will be more extensive, and projects that can receive funds will continue to increase.International cooperation not only requires international conventions and international organizations, but also has the responsibility and goodwill to unite loose international organizations. The article briefly explores the damage and losses suffered by museums since the Second World War,describes how museum staff can protect cultural relics in special periods, and does a brief study on the restoration and recovery of cultural relics after the war.We will review the current state of museum protection in war areas and conduct research on the salvage protection of museums during wars or conflicts and after warfare, and explore ways to reduce the damage to museums during the war so that museums can avoid wars.been destroyed.
