| In the past 2016-2017,frequent occurrences of network public opinion field cluster network virtual space in public from the simple expression of "social" upgrade for complex "social actors",and is an important practical effect to the society.From the Chinese social environment and network public opinion of the actual situation as the research foundation,from the media field theory,through quantitative questionnaire and statistics,combining both qualitative and quantitative research methods,to explore the network public opinion field inside of network cluster effect,the influence of various factors,and the point distribution network cluster effect,in order to achieve the internal perspective of the individual from the network ecosystem,networking groups,and the purpose of the public opinion field symbiotic relationship.Study found that in the event of public security of the hot issues of public opinion,older,low degree of social groups are most likely to become a network(mainly refers to social media platforms)cluster behavior of the main "actors",and tend to take action in the actual network cluster protest.Difference in the degree of different groups of attitude survey found that the higher the degree of the group for major social security event hold more biased towards the same attitude,and lower education groups in the same event public attitude towards t he extreme;Highly educated groups against the tendency of hot public opinion events will be more rational,involving major social security events such as the rights and interests of the people's livelihood "events" shandong vaccine,highly educated groups are most concerned about the security class rights,rights of confidence and did nothing.Through the use of respondents social platform habits rather than on the attitude of the public opinion event correlation analysis found that the more kinds of respondents using social networking platform,the event caused extreme disputes tend to choose a more moderate views;The author in the article a few social major security incidents caused by network cluster behavior found that network opinion leaders in the event the way mobilization will affect subjects attitude to the events,the network opinion leaders use perceptual pep rally triggered subjects more anger;In the same event,the use of rational mobilization by network opinion leaders will stimulate the subjects to feel strongly deprived of benefits.Through a probe into the change of social public opinion field in the current situation,presents the evolution law of network cluster behavior and internal mechanism,the author found that the liquidity of cyberspace to reconstruct the development path of the network public opinion,the characteristics of the network cluster behavior of hot public opinion events amplification,chain,explosion effect,in this space for the catalytic effect of the "capital",make the network cluster behavior become an unruly social risks.In China under the background of economic transition and social transformation,social structural stress triggered network space polarization,people in the "rituals" under the guidance of "cocoon room" interpersonal structure is further exacerbated the trend,the individual crisis dispersion to one kind of social group,provides a certain social group group psychological human basis.In addition to the mainstream media,government affairs micro bo leading public opinion,such as the main body of the words "center" and to grassroots weibo,BBS communities such as "marginal discourse field",which caused by the present repel each other,each other,mutual penetration and the status of the public opinion in the overlapping seepage field,the audience's attitude has been changing.Based on the above data and analysis,this paper from the whole attitude,group counseling strategies,communication skills from three aspects,proposed how to guide and specification for social security incidents caused by network cluster behavior of thinking. |
