Study On Improving The Network Security Safeguarding Ability In Colleges And Universities

With the rapid development of information technology,the application of information technology based on network technology in various fields has made modern society stride into the information age.As the basic engineering of the nation,education informationization and education modernization are also attracting more and more attention from the state.With the continuous promotion of the construction of education informationization,network management has been paid attention to by many colleges and universities.The information management and service platform based on network technology has been set up in various colleges and universities.However,while improving the management efficiency and providing a quick and convenient way to exchange knowledge and information between teachers and students,the network of colleges and universities also brings some hidden dangers to the network security of colleges and universities.Therefore,how to improve the network security safeguarding ability has become an important issue for colleges and universities to consider.From the angle of combination of theory and practice,this paper uses the literature research method,comparative study method and case analysis method,combing with the current situation of network security in Z University,puts forward the problems in the network security safeguarding in colleges and universities: in network security technology,the problems include delay of bug fix,wide spread of computer virus,difficult defense of hacker attack,abuse of network resources,and wide spread of bad information;in network security management,the problems include ignoring the construction of network security,ignoring network security management,lack of network security knowledge education and network moral education,and the asynchrony with related laws.The reasons of these problems are analyzed and summarized from the inherent difficulty of the network security,the characteristics of the network environment in the university and the characteristics of the university students.On the basis of this,this paper,based on the concept of government network security and the theory of network governance,puts forward some maneuverability suggestions from three aspects: strengthening the construction of the network security safeguarding system structure,perfecting the network security safeguarding management mechanism,increasing the education of the network security safeguarding,to promote the construction of network security technology system and management mechanism in colleges and universities and create a clear and bright network environment on campus.
