Design And Implementation Of Management System For Small And Medium-sized Training Institutions

With the premise of the rapid development of Chinese social economy and knowledge economy,people begin to form modernized educational idea and pay more and more attention to education,which creates many opportunities for the establishment and survival of education and training organization.Besides,domestic educational training scale expands constantly,the training market from single subject turns to integrated training,and the enrollment mode form unified gradually turns to diversify.The training market shows a very good growth trend,but the management system towards large training institutions on market has tended to be mature and has occupied large market share.Be confronted with large institution's large and all-inclusive management concept,most small and medium training institutions could hardly be continued any longer.In the environment of intensive competition,on the one hand,small and medium training institutions should seek differentiated competition advantage to avoid the point of large institution and make their unique feature prominent.On the other hand,they need to lower their management cost,improve their own management level and strengthen industrial competitiveness.But the management system and application platform that are specially aims at small and medium training institution on market are relatively less.For small and medium institutions,the existed management system's cost is high and its pertinence is not strong.Developing an educational management system of small and medium training institution to meet the personalized development meets of small and medium training institution.This study designs an outstanding integrated system which aims at the management and teaching features of small and medium sized training school of teaching offline and integrates advanced synergetic management concept.Besides,it adopts the software engineering theory and proceeds according to the procedures of problem definition,requirement analysis,system design,system implementation and testing.During requirement analysis,this paper carries out a feature analysis on the main user role and function of the whole system and figures out the system's functional demand and non-functional demand.After carrying out requirement analysis on the system and planning the system's business functions,the system's design is began to be completed.Making the modeling of software system which includes overall architecture,business flow design,the design of main function model and database by using object-oriented design method and UML(unified modeling language)and modeling tool.Finally,deploying system development environment and tools and introducing the implementation process of main function model during the system implementation.In terms of technology,this system achieved the WEB pageinteraction according to the system's demand by adopting B/S software architecture system,PostgreSQL as database management platform,and Sublime Text as front-end development tool,and finally completed this system's development implementation by combining the writing of database storage procedure.After completing the system,we tested its main functions and performances and obtained satisfactory results.I not only took part in the demand discussion in company and determined the final demand planning,but also assisted the product manager,UI and background personnel to complete the interface design,main function model design,and the design database interface and partial database table.Finally I developed and tested the models of school management,questionnaire management and information management.At present,the system's development has been completed and put into use.With this system,the small and medium sized training institutions not only save the cost,but also improve the work efficiency and overall management level.At the same time,they strengthen their own competitiveness and have good application value.
