| Combined with the current indoor air pollution in China,people's health problems are seriously affected.According to the traditional fresh air system,this paper is based on the research of Internet of things technology,combining with sensor detection technology,WIFI network communication technology,fuzzy control technology,etc.In order to realize remote monitoring,this paper puts forward the research of intelligent control and research on access to Internet of things about fresh air system nodes.The fresh air system realizes intelligent control with fuzzy control as the control mode,and accesses the router through the ESP8266 WIFI module,and then accesses the music of things.You can upload data on the platform of the music of things,and the mobile APP can query the uploaded data.It realizes the remote real-time monitoring indoor environment,and can control the fresh air system remotely to adjust the indoor environment.Compared with classical control theory,fuzzy control is especially suitable for nonlinear control system,which does not depend on mathematical model.This paper mainly introduces the design of fuzzy controller to indoor and outdoor PM2.5 sensors and VOC sensor data as input of fuzzy controller,through compared with experts give standard deviation,with triangular membership function as membership function,and the deviation of membership value.According to the experience of establishing fuzzy control rule base,fuzzy output through fuzzy decision set,according to the maximum membership degree method to determine the fuzzy output to different proportions of fresh air and exhaust air and return air regulation.Besides the design of fuzzy controller,this paper also introduces the design of hardware circuit and software.Including the WIFI communication module program design,fuzzy controller program design.Finally,a fresh air system was set up for the experiment.The experimental results show that fuzzy control has fast response and good stability.The fresh air system can reliably upload data to the server,and the mobile phone can monitor the new wind system remotely and in real time.The feasibility of applying fuzzy control to the indoor intelligent fresh air system is verified,and the fresh air system node is connected to the Internet of things,which is the future trend of the fresh air system. |
