Material storage management is the most important part of the production process.At present,many companies make an inventory of goods by using traditional manual methods,making the efficiency of material storage management at a low level.Internet of Things technology combined with Radio Frequency Identification(RFID)enables long-distance inventory of goods and increases work efficiency.This technology occupies an important position in the material storage management system.In this paper,material storage management system is taken as the research background,to solve the problem of tag collisions caused by the large number of tag in the inventory of goods,the existing tag estimation algorithms and tag anti-collision algorithms are analyzed and studied.Based on this,this paper designs tag estimation Algorithm and tag anti-collision algorithm,in order to improve the accuracy of tag estimation and system throughput.The results achieved in this paper mainly include the following aspects:First of all,in view of the large quantity of goods in the storage room,the reader can not accurately estimates the number of tag collisions in the last round of identification before each round of tag recognition,and designs a tag estimation algorithm of Pre Estimate and Post Check(PEPC).In this method,the estimated value of the i round is corrected by the estimated tag numbers of the i+1 round,and its estimation coefficient is constantly updated to ensure the accuracy of the tag estimation,using MATLAB simulation tools to make a simulation test from aspect of the error and the total number of time slots.The simulation results show that the error of the PEPC tag estimation algorithm is lower than the original tag estimation algorithm,and has a good stability and the accuracy of the tag estimation is improved.Secondly,in view of the current situation of the system throughput of the original probability tag anti-collision algorithm in the inventory of goods,this paper proposes Slotted Extended Fusion Tree(SEFT)algorithm based on the anti-collision algorithm of the probabilistic tag.This method allocates a certain length of pseudo-ID number to the collision-generated tags,re-uses the collision time slots,increases the number of tags read by the reader in one round,and then increases the system throughput.By using MATLAB simulation tool to test the system traffic and the number of query cycles and other aspects.Simulation results show that the SEFT algorithm greatly improves the system throughput.Finally,the algorithm designed in this paper is applied to AS3992 UHF reader module,using C# language design material storage management system,to achieve into the library,a library,inventory and other functions.
