Research On VR News Reporting From The Perspective Of Narratology

McLuhan says that technology has made it easier for creating a new human environment.From the ancient time to the print age,the changes of reappear of human have taken place,from drawing the hunting scene by fresco in the caves to using a diagram text.Up to now,the omnibearing and three-dimensional way of digitalization of Internet is the technique to present a social sight.All kinds of way of recombination reappear spatial perception and time perception.Nowadays VR technology accomplish the playback of the past and the present,also lead the time and space to an unprecedented balance.VR technology has been well received since its emergence and has been used in various industries.The combination of virtual reality technology and journalism just suit the main demand of people's experience in the new historical background of new media,the audience appear in the news story with an identity of” witness”,during which "telepresence" and "presence" bring the audience different interactive experience,and then enhance the interactive quality and interesting,deepen the undersing and reflection of audience for news.The news with those characteristics is called VR news,will become a development trend in the future of journalism,meanwhile virtual reality technology has become a new medium,which will produce certain effect to the media environment.Any innovation of media technology will bring news with some change in depiction when put into operation,narratology is a subject with independence and an independent and complexity,it gives a new vision of research to the journalism when it is combined with it.The application of virtual reality technology in journalism has a certain impact on traditional media,and also provides a new compensation and a new means for news narration.It becomes a topic for media and media practitioners to explore constantly that how the VR news will develop and how the news narrative will change in the future.This article is based on the perspective of narrative,analysis the new media brought by VR technology from the respect of media ecology and technological determinism.First summarizes the concept and characteristics of virtual reality technology to tell the similarities and differences with AR,MR to provide deepen understanding of virtual reality technology,then comes up with a summary after clarifying the relevant concepts of VR technology.Secondly,classify the appropriate types of VR news combining narratology,shows that VR technology promote the change of news narrative,VR news is different with traditional media in some ways like narrative perspective、framework、space、authenticity and some elements new added.Then collects some VR news works of NPC&CPPCC in order to show some main achievements of domestic VR news.In the process of analysing the influence of news narrative,it makes a combination of theory and practice by collecting some classical cases abroad.At last,it parsing the problem in current status in the respect of content,manufacture,cost and audiences,and gives corresponding advice that content the most important,sources the efficient,talent the basement,law and regulations,besides.Owing to the high price of VR equipment,and besides it has not been popular,the author haven't got rich practical experience,so this article tries to start research in the respect of news production and reporting mode,by reading a large number of literature,collecting cases to analysis,in order to finish the writing of the paper.
