An System About University Teachers' Job Evaluation Design And Implementation Based On J2EE

In recent years,the personnel system in colleges and universities in our country reforms a lot,the post examination system in colleges and universities has become the basic assessment system,so the university teachers' post examination mode also faces challenges.For a school,how to use the computer to complete all of the teachers' post examination's onerous task,how to build a scientific and reasonable teacher post examination system,to design a management system of university teachers' post examination is a good way to solve this problem.This system is in order to adapt to the needs of university teachers' professional titles reform work and specifically developed for the university teachers' post examination department.This system uses MyEclipse and Dreamweaver as a development tool,using the Jsp,JavaBean and JDBC technology,using SQL Server 2008 to complete the background database design.Because this system adopts B/S model of multi-tier application architecture,thus,database services,Web services can be run on multiple operating system platforms.The system user account manageent using asymmetric encryption technology to protect its system security and achieve job evaluation for teachers college information management,the system automatically audited according to teacher assessment,as well as automatic calculation of the final job evaluation scores of teachers,school leaders can data provided by master teachers assess the situation.The system realizes faculty inquiry,audit management,business management and other major functions.Among them,for the assessment of teachers to achieve the job evaluation,assessment of the viewing print,user management functions;for auditors to achieve audit information,statistical scoring,inquiry details,user management functions;for system administrators to achieve the role management,data maintenance,time management,rights management functions.Programmers can provide teachers assess functional requirements,using the design idea of software engineering and the use of object-oriented programming techniques.This system realizes the effective management of teachers' job evaluation work,improving the information level of the university teacher management work,reducing the workload of school management,improving the teacher management work efficiency,promoting the development of the school to the scientific and standardization management.
