Compared with the visual and other sensory fields whose products have already been commercialized and oriented towards the public,the development of tactile information technology is still backward.However,with the rapid development of remote sensing operation,virtual reality and bionic prosthesis,tactile information technology has a broad prospect in the future.As an indispensable part of the tactile interface system,the perception,extraction and transmission of tactile information are inseparable from the participation of tactile sensors,and the development of tactile sensors becomes particularly important.In this thesis,the main work is to design a modular flexible biomimetic tactile sensor,we optimize the internal cavity structure and test the sensor signal acquisition circuit by the simulation.So first we research the physiological mechanism of tactile perception and the principle characteristics of various sensor,on the basis of this puts forward a new kind of tactile sensor design method,to three kinds of pressure,vibration and tangential force tactile information are collected,respectively.In order to ensure the accuracy and performance of the sensor,it is necessary to consider the influence of the internal fluid flow caused by the flexible shell structure.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the transfer process and loss factor of the dynamic water pressure in the internal flow field of the sensor,and simulate the internal flow field through the finite element software COMSOL Multiphysics.Through the comparison and analysis of sensor's fluid field simulation results in different internal structure and different input conditions,we got the factors which influence the measurement precision of the structure,so as to realize the optimization of sensor internal structure design.After the structure design of the sensor is completed,the signal acquisition system of the sensor is built and the signal conditioning circuit is simulated.After that,3D rapid prototyping technology and FPC board are used to realize the fabrication and assembly of the sensor.Finally,the basic performance of the sensor is tested,the reliability of the sensor is verified,the liquid product and the sensor range are calibrated to facilitate the subsequent use.
