In recent years,the exploitation of mining areas in remote areas has caused serious damage to the surrounding ecological environment and the air environment has been seriously polluted.Air pollution can cause a variety of respiratory diseases and other diseases,causing serious harm to the health of residents.The current air quality monitoring station is mainly based on the national control station which have issues such as high cost of equipment on the site,a large number of equipment by imports,the single node and so on.Currently,monitoring of the atmospheric environment in remote mining areas has gradually attracted public attention.It is hoped that an air quality monitoring system with multi-parameters,multi-nodes and real-time characteristics will be established to monitor and alert the air environment in the mining areas.This paper introduces key technologies such as wireless sensor network technology,4G communication technology,and embedded technology based on the environmental characteristics of the mining area,Combined with shaanxi provincial science and technology coordination and innovation project project,("Internet+"Remote Area Mineral Resources Exploitation and Environmental Pollution Monitoring System,Project Number:2016KTCQ01-26)to carry out research work.The main works of this paper are as follows:1.Introduces the development status of wireless sensor network at home and abroad in the direction of atmospheric monitoring,According to the requirements for system design in the project contract,a wireless sensor network design scheme based on ZigBee and LoRa is proposed.2.The hardware design and production of the air quality monitoring system prototype is completed,including sensor nodes,sink nodes,gateway nodes and so on.The main circuits of each part are introduced in detail,and PCB is drawn up,and hardware objects are made.3.The design and writing of embedded software for each module such as sensor node are completed.The system can realize high-speed,stable air quality information collection and transmission through the design of mesh plus star-shaped network topology structure.The gateway node can connect to the 4G network to publish the monitoring data in real time to the cloud platform of the music network so as to timely understand the emission status of air pollutants in the monitoring area.4.The gas diffusion theory is deeply studied,and the relevant models under the condition of windless and windy are derived.Then combined with the derived gas diffusion model,the traditional three sides and multilateral gas source localization algorithms are deeply analyzed.5.The 2.4GHz wireless signal transmission,wireless sensor network data transmission,network connection and solar power supply system were tested in the field environment,and the data collected from the system were compared with the monitoring data of the national control station,The average relative error of the measured particulate parameters data of PM10 and gas parameter data of NO2 was 3.81%and 3.48%respectively.In this paper,the air quality monitoring system designed by wireless sensor network can be used to flexibly deploy nodes according to the complex environment of the mining area and improve the stability of the system.Based on the analysis of the experimental results,the system runs well and has good real-time performance.The technical indicators required by the project have been completed,and the expected goals of the project have been achieved.
