| With the rapid development of wireless communication and electronic countermeasures,the system places very stringent requirements on various microwave RF devices in wireless transmission and reception,one of which is the requirement for various types of microwave active devices including antennas and Passive devices achieving ultra-wideband operation.Ultra-wideband,high-performance microwave active passive device design and ultra-wideband antenna design have become one of the key technical issues in the current microwave device and antenna design technology research.In order to meet the development and requirements of wireless communication and electronic countermeasures,two kinds of ultra-wideband antennas are designed in this thesis to work in the frequency range of 0.5~3GHz and 3~12GHz respectively.Their working bandwidths are 6 times and 4 times respectively.The antenna adopts a small plane structure design and is suitable for wireless communication and electronic countermeasure systems with high requirements such as mobility and miniaturization characteristics.In this thesis,based on the research and analysis of various planar UWB antennas introduced in the related literatures,two new methods for designing improved ultra-wideband Vivaldi antennas are proposed.Simulation and experimental results verify that the UWB antennas have ultra-wideband characteristics and good radiation directivity.Using the new design method of these two kinds of antennas,the thesis designs and implements high-efficiency radiation of the antenna in the frequency range of 0.5~3GHz and 3~12 GHz respectively,and obtains higher antenna gain and better Antenna radiation pattern. |
