Based On Javaweb Residential Property Management System Design And Implementation

The development of urban construction will certainly drive the rise of residential communities.With the acceleration of population urbanization,more and more people will migrate to cities and live in residential communities.The property management of the community will directly affect the residents' life experience,and good property service will bring convenience,reliability and safety to the residents of the community.With the increasing demand for residential property services,traditional community management mode is no longer suitable for the current village,design and develop a village residential property management system based on Javaweb is very necessary.In this paper,through literature review and the field survey analysis,design and develop a device includes basic information management,property management,property management fee collection and management,property management,information management,complaints,Suggestions for repairing service management,system management of residential area property management system.The introduction of this system in the management of the community will improve the management efficiency,reduce the cost of management and improve the living experience of the residents.This paper describes the implementation details of system function based on system analysis.In the system analysis,the feasibility of the system,the system user use case,the system function demand,the system nonfunctional requirement are explained;In system design,business functions of the system are described,and listed the function of each operation users and business scenario,with business function thumbnail class diagram describes each business scenario involves interface class,business class and entity classes;In the system implementation,SSM(Spring+SpringMVC+MyBatis)framework development system is adopted,which is the most popular scheme in recent years,which greatly improves the system development efficiency through the use of open source framework.The paper also completed the database design and system testing work.The e-r diagram is given in the design of database system,and within the E-R on the explanation of the relationship between information entities,on the basis of the completed the design of the database table,clear each database table field constraint.The test results of the system are given in the system test,and the availability and correctness of the system are verified.
