Make-To-Order enterprisesmake production plans driven by orders,which can effectively avoid market risks and meet diversified market demands,as a result,it is the most extensive production organization for small and medium-sized enterprises.Generally,flexible manufacturing capability is the key to meeting customers' diversified needs,to responding market requirements quickly and to improving enterprises' market competitiveness for MTO enterprises,while order selection and scheduling are the key points affecting flexible manufacturing capability of enterprises.Therefore,it is very important to study the order selection and scheduling method to improve the market competitiveness for MTO enterprises.Based on existing flexible manufacturing capability study conducted by domestic and foreign scholars as well as enterprise managers,this paper takes the MTO enterprises as the research object to study the methods of order selection and schedulingand intelligent manufacturing execution system of MTO enterprises Firstly,the Fuzzy Analytic-Hierarchy-Process method based on cloud model was applied to the comprehensive evaluation of orders and then the order selection method based on resource constraints was proposed and verified on the premise of the order comprehensive evaluation.Secondly,a scheduling model based on the order split production was established and solved using improved genetic algorithm to optimize enterprises' production plans and reduce unnecessary production cost.The case study based on the actual production data showed that the proposed order scheduling model based on order split production with its solving method can significantly reduce the production cost and increase the profit of MTO enterprises.Finally,this paper designed and developed an intelligent scheduling system of assembly line based on a vehicle radar intelligent assembly workshop to enhance enterprises' control on the production scene and improve the production capacity of the production line greatly.
