The purpose of this paper is to optimize the flow of China Mobile Traffic Payment System.In order to meet the needs of the group government and enterprise market and 4G flow competition,speed up the flourishing development of the government and enterprise market and 4G business flow,ensure a richer application experience,so that the cost of system operation and maintenance can be reduced and the operation efficiency is improved.In the early stage,China Mobile has deployed the support system in all the provinces and carried out the Traffic Payment System construction.The current system now has the ability to support the eight business model of the Traffic Payment System.With the rise of Chinese enterprises,the scale of the group customers is expanding,and the user appears to be a cross provincial branch.For this reason,China Mobile has set up a special support team to serve this type of users,especially in the cross provincial information service.At this stage,the traffic unified payment business in the province is built in the way of their own construction,which can not meet the requirements of cross provincial and transnational networking.Therefore,we need to build a business support system in the group to meet such cross provincial and transnational business needs.This paper first introduces the overall implementation scheme and business development model of the traffic unified payment service,and describes the support mode and the business process of the traffic unified payment service.Then,I mainly analyze the business volume and handling situation in recent two years,and analyze the development and operation of the existing traffic payment system in detail.This paper analyzes the current development and operation short board of current traffic volume payment service in detail,and gradually proposes the optimization and reform measures from the angle of the group user,member,income settlement and the user complaint.While optimizing and improving the system,new business inquiry and display functions and business restrictions will be added to enrich the user experience and reduce the risk of business fraud.Based on the analysis of the system optimization plan,this paper reassessed the operation capability of the upgraded system and analyzed the final system improvement from the past two months.It also evaluates the economic benefits that it may bring,and finally proves that the design scheme fully meets the business needs of current traffic users,and improves the operational capability of the system and improves the ability of business development.The establishment of the Traffic Payment System is of great reference to the future development and further exploration of the traffic business.It improves the competitiveness of China Mobile in the business and consolidates its dominant position in the whole business market.
