With the rapid development of modern enterprises,the energy consumption is on the rise.We should pay more attention on how to effectively monitor the energy consumption.Aiming at some problems existing in the traditional Energy Management System,this study presents a solution based on Zigbee wireless communication technology,which has the characteristics of low power consumption and low cost,and avoids tedious wiring work.This study conducts a demand analysis,and design the overall system architecture,including data acquisition layer,data transmission layer,data storage layer and data display layer.We talk about the function and development of each layer:First,this study analyzes several commonly used wireless communication technology.By comparing the features of each technology,Zigbee technology is selected as the wireless communication method for this project according to the actual project needs.Then we give a general introduction on Zigbee technology,involing the topological structure of network,the network equipment types,the composition of the protocol stack,the structure and main functions of each layer of the protocol stack.The next is the development of wireless communication network based on Zigbee technology,after comparing the existing Zigbee protocol solutions,we select CC2530 microcontroller and ZStack protocol stack given by TI.Then this study describes the core function of the ZStack protocol stack in the development process.The next step is collect temperature and humidity data through DHT11 sensor on the end device,the data reach the coordinator through the router,and then read the data through serial port and store in MySQL database.Meanwhile,displaying the data through the visual plug-in ECharts,so as to achieve the purpose of monitoring some parameters.The Web project uses Jsp + Servlet + Javabean MVC framework.Finally,this study carry out two aspect of the energy saving optimization analysis,one is the power consumption of Zigbee equipment,another is the power consumption of electrical equipment,and then give some measures on energy saving and consumption reduction.
