| In recent years,with the rapid development of the Internet and science and technology,wireless communication,RF circuits and other technologies have also been booming,bringing many conveniences to people's lives and reaching a certain height.However,in recent years,in order to facilitate the effective transmission of signals over long distances,the frequency of signals transmitted by the communication system has become higher and higher,and the signal spectrum of different bands has become more and more crowded.The filter is known as a method for processing signal spectrum.The filter,as one of electronic components can process the signal frequency spectrum effectively,and can make the signal spectrum be used effectively.It has been highly valued and researched by people.Among them,microwave filters and other electronic components are particularly important.They have been greatly developed and improved,and have gradually become an important part of microwave and even millimeter-wave communication systems.Domestic and foreign scientific research workers have made long-term explorations and attempts in related fields and have achieved quite good research results.These new types of microwave filters are widely concerned and applied in systems such as wireless communication,and the effects are very obvious.Narrow-band microwave band-pass filters have been widely demanded by people in recent years.High performance requirements,small volume requirements,light weight requirements,low production costs,and easy integration of other integrated circuits are standard for the manufacture of microstrip filters.According to the structure of the microstrip filter,microstrip filter can be roughly divided into microstrip hairpin type,microstrip interdigital type,microstrip cross type,and parallel coupling type and so on.Each type of microstrip filter has its own advantages and disadvantages.This paper first discusses the development background and significance of microstrip filters,the development status at home and abroad,and the general classification of microstrip filters,and then briefly discusses the microwave simulation software ADS and HFSS.Then some basic theories and some common characteristics of the microstrip transmission line are further expounded and analyzed.The related theoretical basis,basic design principles and design steps of the microstrip filter are discussed,and the basic theoretical knowledge such as conversion from common low-pass filter to band-pass filter is summarized.The main work of this paper is divided into two parts: The first part designs a new narrow band microstrip bandpass filter finally,combining with the related design theory and the main design steps of microstrip bandpass filter,after a preliminary design,repeated optimization simulation uses the RF circuit design simulation software ADS.And then analysis the advantages and disadvantages of the microstrip bandpass designed compared with traditional microstrip bandpass filters according to the final simulation results.The second part gets the specific physical size of the microstrip bandpass filter,according to the design optimization simulation process uses the simulation software ADS firstly,and then set it in the software HFSS through appropriate parameters,do the corresponding 3D modeling and simulation.Then the microstrip filter is processed in accordance with the specific design parameter values of the final microstrip bandpass filter,combining with the CAD software.The final processed microstrip filter is placed in different gradients of temperature and magnetic field,and its characteristics are measured using a vector network analyzer.Furthermore,the characteristic curves of the microstrip filter are obtained in different gradients of temperature and magnetic field.After analyzing the experimental results,the influence of environmental factors on the characteristics of the microstrip filter is carefully studied. |
