| With the development of technology,tower structures such as power tower,communication tower and wind turbine have been widely used and become very important to prompt the growth of national economy.The abnormal deformation of tower structure will increase its potential safety risk,and even cause serious collapse if not found in time,which poses a great threat to the safety of people's life or property.However,the way to inspect the deformation is mainly done by manual operation at present,which needs to spend a lot of manpower and material resource,and is unable to find the hidden danger in time.Therefore,a remote dynamic monitoring system based on GPS is studied,and it can be well expected to be used for the deformation of remote dynamic monitoring tower structure.According to the requirements of low power,low cost,anti-interference and high reliability,GPS measurement technology is taken.By studying the principle of monitoring system,the overall scheme of deformation monitoring system is set up.The system topology including deformation monitoring,data transmission,remote monitoring and auxiliary support.In order to improve the precision and efficiency of system,the monitoring terminal used the mode that combined inertial device and GPS tightly,a fast integer ambiguity resolution algorithm and a cycle slip detection and repair algorithm are proposed.Aiming at the problem of searching ambiguity,the inertial device provides the initial attitude angle of the highprecision carrier,it limits coordinate domain of the baseline after the coordinate translated,and realizes the compression of the ambiguity search space.The monitoring terminal may cause the cycle-jump due to the signal unlock when collected signal.Aiming at the problem of detecting cycle-slip,using pseudo-range and carrier phase to build the observed value of cycle-slip,then a mathematical model of cycle-slip detection could be got by generalized extended approximation method,it's able to determine the epoch of cycle-slip quickly and accurately,also,it can calculate the size of 1 and more than 1 cycle slip.One system for monitoring structural deformation of the tower is set up,and the deformation monitoring precision is measured.The hardware system includes: composition and architecture of system,receiving antenna,ARM interface circuit and so on.The software system includes the system architecture and the system connection module.Finally,the inclination monitoring experiment and subsidence monitoring experiment have been carried out,and the performance of system is verified.When using the 10 m baseline,the angular deformation accuracy can reach 0.01 degrees,and the line deformation accuracy can reach mm level,which can meet the actual needs of tower structure deformation monitoring.The monitoring system proposed in this paper has high monitoring accuracy,stability and good dynamic response,it can realize the remote real-time monitoring of tower structure deformation. |
