Design And Implementation Of Enterprise Procurement Bidding Management Information System

With the development and expansion of enterprise scale,procurement management business is becoming an important part of management,and it is one of the important aspects of daily business processing.The material procurement is closely related to the business operation of various departments of the enterprise and is related to the operating cost of the enterprise.Therefore,the enterprise needs to strictly control the procurement process in the procurement process to form an orderly and transparent procurement process.In addition,with the advancement of the legalization process in China,the standardization and transparency of the procurement bidding process has become an increasingly important component.Faced with this situation,it is obvious that the enterprise cannot meet the requirements based on the original procurement management method,so it is necessary to develop an efficient enterprise procurement bidding management system.This study makes a thorough analysis on the bidding business and its working mode at the present stage,synthetically analyzes the concrete demand and practical operation of the purchasing process,and designs a set of bidding management system suitable for the enterprise procurement at present.The whole system includes four functional modules,which are procurement information management module,data management module,procurement service management module and bidding management module.In this paper,the modeling method based on UML is used to model and analyze the functional modules of the system.At the same time,the requirements of system stability,reliability and interactivity are put forward.The system uses the B / S architecture based on the J2 EE development platform.The platform takes SSH as the basic framework and combines the MVC three-tier design pattern to complete the development of the system.In the whole system design and development,the open source technology and standardization specification are used to design the function module by means of system modeling,and the realization process of the function module is explained by the function module diagram,class diagram and sequence diagram.The system data storage tool uses SQL Server 2008 database,and the E-R diagram and database table are described in detail.After the completion of the system development,this paper describes the development and implementation process of the system function by running interface,core code and flow chart,and at the same time in the running and testing environment from the function case,the test results of the system function are displayed in three aspects: function operation and test results.The test results show that the system meets the initial design requirements and meets the expected results.The research and development of enterprise purchasing bidding management system revolves around the demand of improving enterprise purchasing working mode.After the system was formally put into use,it promoted the process of standardization of procurement demand,promoted the informatization of bidding work,and provided substantial power for the standardization control of procurement process.It improves the efficiency and quality of daily purchasing work.
