With the continuous development of society and the innovation of Internet technology,paperless and informationized training examination methods are more and more favored by the major corporations.The traditional teaching and training model is also boring and dull but also affects the normal operation of enterprises.The mobile teaching and training system based on mobile terminals is experiencing explosive growth.In the background of smart grid industry,power companies also urgently need to develop a teaching and training software for mobile terminals,which combines training and online examination to become an important part of networked training.In this thesis,a power plant online training system based on mobile APP is designed and implemented,which can make full use of the fragmentation time of power plant staff to carry out training and training assessment without affecting the normal production conditions of power plants.In order to solve the problem of the traditional examination that can not be customized test questions,this thesis applies the collaborative filtering algorithm to realize the function of individual test paper organization online training system.Firstly,through the processing and analysis of learning client collected employee information,employee performance distribution data and log information by the mobile learning behavior for all employees,construct knowledge weak feature model.And then the clustering algorithm is used to cluster the employees with similar weak knowledge points in the model to reduce the sample space.Finally,through the collaborative filtering algorithm which takes time factor into consideration,in the calculation of similarity,to achieve personalized and accurate recommendations,applied to the individual test paper module,and completed the strengthening of weak links for individuals to practice.In this thesis,through requirement analysis,architecture and database design,implements the on-line training system of power plant based on mobile APP.It adopts mobile terminal for learning and examination and server-side management of division of labor strategy,and better realization of power plant training system required training,training assessment and performance analysis and other functions.Through the test results of the functional modules of the system,we can see that the system has high reliability and practicality,and it can well meet the needs of online trainin g,and provides a new way for the informatization of power plant training.
