In traditional industries of printing,there are strict requirements for ink curing process.The curing light is an array LED ultraviolet light source.It can enter the cutting stage of the product after the ink exposed by a fixed power UV light.Due to the industrial characteristics,exposure equipment usually requires 24-hour uninterrupted operation.This has a higher requirement for equipment self-inspection performance.With the development of China's industrial automation technology matures,the control of intelligent research and development is imminent.Automation equipment state monitoring is a full-time function.It can reduce the demand for professional talents,and ensure the maintenance of equipment.This paper is based on photoelectric detection principle and distributed control principle.Ultraviolet photodiodes are used as photoelectric converters to collect array parameters through STM32+DM9000 architecture to realize self-check and control function of ultraviolet array.Setting up the LAN network transmission environment,and designing control terminal to the production line equipment state summary and task issue is impossible.In the intelligent detection of ultraviolet array light source,multiple photodiodes are used to collect the optical power of ultraviolet light source.Because of the interference of natural light and the light source of the residual light group,the accuracy of the collection is reduced.So the optical signal is filtered.In the course of hardware circuit design,in order to cooperate with high precision AD acquisition circuit and realize the function of multi-file adjustment and amplification of signals,the signal after amplification needs to be filtered through an adaptive filter.In order to save hardware resources,the analog switch is adopted to collect channel multiplex,the concurrent execution,collection and storage on the premise of ensure real-time and high precision acquisition parameter transmission and storage to FLASH.Array light source adaptive power control and fault early warning,after collected all the data after a microprocessor compression stored in the FLASH,when the request data order arrived,read the specified address in FLASH data.To get the data after the use of a cubic B spline curve fitting method to extract the feature points,and draw curves,roughly build curve model,perform selective interpolation algorithm,a complete real curve drawing for display and important parameter extraction.The exposure parameters of each module are extracted and analyzed,and the intelligent compensation of light source parameters is made.In addition,in terms of exposure equipment warning,all the production line alarm type to carry on the summary,and for the introspection of the equipment status,and the system under all kinds of sensor parameters,formulate emergency plan,strictly control the production efficiency in the process of production and production safety.Distributed array UV light source control,all parameters of equipment acquisition after finishing and uploaded to the main control processor system,on the premise of guarantee the communication reliability,research equipment parameters of high speed transmission mode,and on the basis of feedback parameters set the current working status and parameters of the equipment,the complete information interaction between multiple devices and control systems.The upper computer terminal is designed to directly assign printing tasks to the production line equipment through the terminal,monitor the operation status of the production line at all times,classify the alarm types and formulate emergency plans.The system can effectively reduce the rate of defective printing products,improve the reliability of printing equipment,and provide safety guarantee for printing production line.
