From the 17th CPC National Congress is put forward to promote great development of prosperity culture to the 18th CPC National Congress clear "power construction culture",to the 19th CPC National Congress emphasize "firm confidence" culture,the importance of culture in the national economic and social development is increasing.Intangible cultural heritage is precious,has the important value of cultural information and resources,bearing the weight of the civilization of human society,make good use of non-material cultural heritage for the culture of comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable development is of great significance.Public library is the national large-scale promote cultural development and prosperity of the important institutions,to meet the cultural life of citizens' growing demand,the public library is necessary to exert its function properties,provide "intangible" information services for citizens.However,in the current situation of public libraries,fewer public libraries can provide users with efficient "intangible" information service mode.Furthermore,as people are constantly aware of the importance of the non-material cultural heritage,the demand for"intangible" information resource is also rising,the public library information service mode has already can't satisfy the "intangible" information users demand,so the public library "intangible" information service pattern research worth thinking about.Aiming at the problems above,this article takes the "intangible" information user as the research object,in order to design public library information service mode"intangible" as the research target,explore meet the demand of "intangible" information users commonness and individuality demand of complex information service mode.Paper main research content is as follows:(1)by using the method of combination of questionnaire and interview,the thorough analysis of all kinds of "intangible" information content of the user's information needs and information service demand,summarizes different types of"intangible" generality demand and individuality demand of information users,provide important basis for further research.(2)according to the survey results of "intangible cultural heritage" information users,a composite information service mode is designed for the generic needs and personalized demands of "intangible" information users.Among them,the information service mode based on the generic demand of "intangible" information users mainly includes self-service mode and diversified service mode.The information service mode based on the "intangible heritage" information user's personality needs mainly includes personalized recommendation service mode,personalized reference service mode and personalized custom service mode.(3)put forward the concrete implementation strategy of constructing the "intangible heritage" information service mode in public libraries.Mainly include:comprehensively promote the public library "intangible heritage" information service concept;Vigorously strengthen the construction of "intangible heritage" digital resources;Actively promote social cooperation in public libraries;We will continuously strengthen the training of"intangible heritage" librarians in public libraries.
