Property Management System Based On WeChat Public Platform

With the development and popularization of mobile Internet,WeChat has become the most concerned product of mobile Internet.The combination of WeChat public platform and “Internet + people's livelihood Project” is an innovation and a new platform to serve the people.This thesis takes this as the breakthrough point,actively builds a comprehensive interconnection platform combining the computer with the mobile phone,the resident and the community,has greatly improved office efficiency and facilitated the resident's daily life.This thesis aims at developing a property management system based on WeChat public platform,according to the actual situation of property management.In accordance with the idea of software engineering,the system is introduced in detail from the aspects of requirement analysis,overall design,detailed design,specific implementation and software testing.The system is divided into WeChat and PC client,including five levels of users about resident,property company,street personnel,house management center personnel and administrator,realizing functions about handling complaints,the mechanism of assessing property comapny,basic information maintenance,user management,WeChat user binding management,complaint date maintenance,property information management,building information management and other functions.This system is a Web application based on ASP.NET framework,MVC design pattern and B/S architecture.The design of front-end page uses HTML,CSS,JavaScript,JQueryMobile and BootStrap,meanwhile client uses the localStorage technology in HTML5 to store data.The database is divided into static database and dynamic database.Using SQL Server Database and ADO.NET Technology to store data.Starting the Windows timing task to assess the property company,using the MD5 algorithm and the anti SQL injection to ensure the security of the system.The property management system based on WeChat public platform introduced in this thesis has been successfully applied,and has achieved good results.This system provides a solution for the development case about combining WeChat public platform with “Internet + people's livelihood Project”.
