Integrated Service Platform Design Of Supporting Enterprises To Participate In Carbon Trading

Carbon trading for carbon emissions trading,is a market-based mechanism to reduce global emissions of greenhouse gases and carbon dioxide.With the rapid development of carbon trading in our country,relevant enterprises have joined the carbon trading market with the aim of energy conservation and emission reduction.To help enterprises to better participate in carbon trading market,relevant information in the carbon trading area needs to be managed,and the relevant policies,regulations,standards,measurement and technology problems encountered by enterprises are answered.This thesis studies the question and answer model of the carbon trading integrated service platform which supports enterprises to participate the carbon trading market,and the overall and detailed designs of it are proposed.The template matching technique is applied to categorize the problems.When the problem is matched with the template,the corresponding database table will be selected,and then the keyword of the problem can be extracted as the query condition to query from the database table.If the problem is not successfully matched,the query answer will be obtained by calculating the similarity between sentences,which are represented by TF-IDF feature vector.This system adopts the MVC framework and object-oriented software development method,and combines with SSH framework and Ext Js.It will make our system more extensible and high safety,and easy to maintain and update.Through the design and implementation of the comprehensive service platform of carbon trading,the relevant policies and regulations,emission reduction technologies and other information can be managed.Enterprise users can ask questions about the problems encountered in the process of information filling,and the system can return the answers to the questions raised by users in a timely manner,and can show the carbon trading news and information from different related enterprises.
