At present,the broadcast and TV group which is under the general trend of the globalization of market economy and the rapid development of information technology,it occupies a unique position in the national cultural industry.At the same time,it faces intense professional competition,the reforms from government systems,and the fierce challenges brought by innovation and development of technologies.Fujian Midea Group which was established in February 2004,is also facing challenges from the development of systems,peer media and new technology.This article starts with the status of the development of the industrialization management strategies of Fujian Midea Group,using PEST model and Potter's"Five Forces"Michael Porter's Five Forces Model model and other economic theories to profoundly analyze the issues at the internal and external environment of the Group.Also,according to the Fujian Midea Group's position,internal resources of the Group and the pros and cons of the external environment.Positioning the group for future development as a new media media group,through the integration strategy and diversification strategy to achieve the group's platform,content,management of the three strategic goals.In the process of strategic implementation,we optimize the structure of the organization's internal structure,and reduce the damage to the market services,to simplify the internal red tape process,to implement the group's integration of resources,content,manpower,and interests.The marketing of the cultivating media will realize the needs of the audience truly,create the favorite programs of the audience and strengthen the core competitive power of the group.Practice diversified business philosophy,adopt the operation mode of all media products,establish the"1+N" mixed media marketing channel,and adopt the "O2O" activity mode to conduct advertising marketing,cross-border industrial operation and other rich group income generation modes.Through the exploration of the group's competition strategy,it provides new ideas and Suggestions for the innovation and development of fujian radio,film and television group's own advertising operation.
