In recent years,radio frequency identification technology has developed rapidly and is gradually being applied in various fields.The application of RFID technology in special areas requires the miniaturization of high-performance RFID electronic tags.At the same time,the related industry standards are still not perfect,and the performance of RFID electronic tags for applications has yet to be verified.In this paper,according to the relevant theory and formulae of electromagnetic fields,the miniaturized PCB integrated RFID tag is designed,and the parameters are adjusted to optimize its performance.Aiming at the RFID electronic tags for smart products,the physical and electrical performance standards of PCB integrated RFID tags have been tested and research.The main content of this article is as follows:First,the relevant electromagnetic field theory for the design and performance analysis of RFID tag antenna was deduced.The electromagnetic induction law and Lenz's law,antenna radiation field and Rayleigh condition,parameters of various antenna performances are described,and impedance matching theory and antenna transmission equations are deduced.Second,the design of miniaturized PCB integrated RFID tags,using the matching ring and vias for double-sided bending processing,area size is only 20mm× 10 mm,software modeling and simulation,analyzing the impact and related performance of miniaturized PCB integrated RFID tag antenna structure changes.The electromagnetic interference analysis and preliminary determination of the miniaturized PCB integrated RFID tag and the monopole PCB integrated RFID tag applied to the electric energy meter were conducted.Third,according to relevant RFID standards at home and abroad,in conjunction with the smart product specification,the technical characteristics of the RFID integrated RFID tag for intelligent products are studied.The physical and electricalproperties of the most critical PCB integrated RFID tags were analyzed by theoretical analysis,software modeling simulation and physical test verification with high temperature performance and electromagnetic compatibility,respectively.The verification results prove that the PCB integrated RFID tag meets the requirements.
