Research On The Role,Value And Construction Of Framework Of Library In The Construction Of National Think Tank

Now days,all countries in the world are making great efforts in the development and construction of politics,economy,culture,and so on.In the face of continuous reform and improvement of the various problems that arise in the process,they often rely on the leadership of the think tank.An important part of it is to overcome and solve various problems and overcome barriers.Therefore,the development and research of relevant think tanks,including theory,practice,and technology,have become the main subject of concern and study by the scholars of all walks of life.The strength of the national think tank construction directly affects whether the decision-making power of state agencies reaches the optimal state.Determine whether the resulting social effectiveness is maximized.Although great think tanks have experienced difficulties in their development in recent years,they are significant as national strategies and are bound to advance.Therefore,the construction of state think tanks depends on encouragement and support from all parties.This paper mainly studies the role,value and implementation of Libraries in the construction of state think tanks,and puts forward suggestions for improvement.This paper searches and collate materials related to the theory and practice of think tanks at home and abroad through literature research and case investigation,and details the reform process,application fields,functions and defects in the development of think tanks at home and abroad in recent years.Then we define think tanks and analysis and other related concepts,including think tanks,data Commons(DC),library data commons,think tank data Commons and so on,and then analyze the relationship between Library and think tank and library DC and think tank DC.By issuing a questionnaire to the think tank,library and users,this paper collects the needs and suggestions for the library to participate in the construction of the think tank,analyzes its role and value from the typical cases,sums up the characteristics of the existing library think tank platform construction,personnel transportation and training,business exchanges and exchanges,and puts forward some suggestions for improvement including platform function,Service,resource allocation,personnel management and so on.At last,the function and value of Library in the construction of think tank is excavated,and the whole frame of service framework is put forward around some problems in the service of Library think tank,including the construction plan and measures,the realization and guarantee of each module,and the function service of Library DC is described and its function is discussed.
