Design And Implementation Of Health Records Management System Of Communities Health Station

Now,human have already entered into the information technology explosion times.The rapid access to information resource becomes an indispensable and important life content.While using the traditional paper-based way to complete the community residents health records and archives information preservation,which obviously can't adapt to the requirements of the current environment of information age.Using advanced information technology to build a set of the community residents' health records information management information system will make the Communities Health station department of the overall work efficiency is improved greatly.At the same time,it have benefit to improve the community health service quality of the jurisdiction of the residents.The dissertation first introduces the analysis of system requirement.On the bases of the deep business analysis of residents' health records management,it introduces specified business of residents' health management department through the way of business flow diagram.According to the residents health management on the basis of the actual business,the function of the system is divided into health archive management module,key crowd health management module,chronic disease health management module,the health education management module,health supervision management module,query statistic module and system management module.At the same time it uses the way of function module diagram describes the functions that the system must be completed in detail.The dissertation explains the role requirement analysis by role use case diagram.On the base of requirement analysis,it design system function modules and describes database concept structure and logical structure.Finally,under the guide of software engineering,it uses Structs frame as technology architecture platform and uses SQL Server 2008 as background database.Under the MVC design frame,it completes the development of system.Communities Health station' health records management system has been used in the community of actual operation.From the point of operation,the system has the characteristics of simple operation,joint community residents health characteristics of the actual work.The system gets user's consistent high praise.
