Design And Implementation Of Individual Insurance Claims System For Life Insurance Company

Since the Eighteenth National Congress of the Party,the Central Government has firmly supported the rapid and healthy development of the insurance industry,and has actively introduced relevant policies to support the accelerated development of the insurance industry.At the same time,the China Insurance Regulatory Commission also put forward clear requirements that insurance companies' claims services,including claims processing and claims time assessment at insurance companies,should improve the quality of claims services and implement individual insurance claims.This is a requirement of the corresponding country.Claims standards,speeding up claims,resolving variable claims standards,challenging claims,slow claims,and reducing employee work intensity and improvement,work efficiency.Based on the above development requirements,the requirements analysis,design,implementation and testing of the insurance claims system are systematically explained through the use of software engineering methods and techniques.First,the system is analyzed by using flowcharts to further clarify the business process and user requirements.On this basis,the main functional modules of the system are designed,namely,the function of claim report function module,claim acceptance function module,claim verification function module,claim approval function module,claim investigation function module,and claim coordination function.Module,simple claim function module,parameter configuration function module,system function management module,integrated query function module.Then,based on the discussion of each functional module,the related functions of each functional module are fully described.Then,the functions of each module are described in depth using state diagrams and timing diagrams in UML,and then each module is described.The function of the system is designed and implemented in detail,and part of the program code is given in conjunction with the system function.Finally,test the system using the test method in software engineering to verify whether the function of the program is correct,whether it meets the user's needs and whether it meets the system's design goals.The insurance claim system is designed in a typical MVC format and deployed in a B/S structure.Visual user interface is used JSP design;business logic is written in JAVA language;date is recorded by ORACLE database.After the system is put into use,it greatly reduces the user's work intensity,improves work efficiency,greatly shortens the claim period,achieves the desired goal,and the enterprise users respond well.
