To manage and adapt to the characteristics of various provinces and cities,China Mobile have opened branches in various cities.Over time,China Mobile has developed rapidly and the number of branch companies has grown rapidly.Internal business of each branch expands unceasingly,becomes large and complex,the original staff cannot meet the demand of existing production,need some extra labor dispatch staff,but China Mobile's existing staff management system cannot cover this part of the employees.The use of traditional human resources management and training management methods for labor dispatching staff will consume too much manpower and material resources and low efficiency.To solve this problem,this paper develops a set of human resource management system for labor dispatch in China mobile datong branch.Based on.NET technology,this paper designs and implements a set of B/S structure of human resource management system of China Mobile Datong branch by using SQL Server database management system in the Microsoft Visual Studio integrated development environment,including the basic information management,compensation management,assessment management,audit management and communication management modules.The system uses DAL,BLL,UI three layers structure to develop WinForm program,the layer and the layer are closely linked,the realization model,the control and the interface decoupling;We use SQL Server as database to make the entire system with the good expansibility and the security.This paper is divided into the following four parts.The first part introduces the current situation of the development of the mobile human resource management system and its significance.We also introduce the theory knowledge of C# language and SQL Server.The second part analyzes the various aspects of the system according to the steps of software development.Combined with the actual situation,we draw use case diagram for each modules.In the third part,based on the result of the analysis,according to the principle of system design,the system function is divided into five modules: employee basic information management,compensation management,evaluation management,audit management and communication management.Based on the module classes and timing diagrams,we implement each function module of this system,including the interface and key code.In the fourth part,the function modules are tested.The test results show that the mobile human resource management system meets the user's needs and system requirements and achieves the expected goals.At present,the system has entered the trial operation phase.The current operating conditions show that the system is running properly,good performance and significantly improve the efficiency of China Mobile staff management.
