As the developing of the modern technology,information technology has been involved in every area.The archives start to be an indispensable department in all universities.The student's personal information and the history of universities are recorded in archives.At the same time,the informatization of the archives needs to be improved with the modernization process.After the investigation,it has been found that the current level of informatization in the archives of colleges and universities is lagging behind and that work related to archives is being carried out at a slow pace.This thesis mainly researches and analyzes the current situation of university archives,fully investigates user requirements and workflow of the informatization work in the archives of Inner Mongolia University.Based on the Spring MVC architecture,a system of archives management which integrates FastDFS,Lucene and Shiro framework is developed for colleges and universities.First of all,a full investigation of the current work situation of the archives of Inner Mongolia University is completed,the existing functions and the performance deficiencies of the currently used archive management system are analyzed,and the actual situation of the archives is combined to develop a suitable scheme for Inner Mongolia University.Then the full-text retrieval technology are compared and analyzed,as well as distributed file system and security framework.On the basis of the completion of this work,the user requirements of the system are analyzed which are divided into 5 modules: the file management module,the archive management module,the query utilization module,the system management module,the compilation and the statistics module,as well as 16 specific sub-functions.After that,an archive management system is designed and implemented.Finally,the unit testing,the functional testing and the performance testing are finished to demonstrate the correctness and the availability of the system.The new system use Spring MVC system architecture,can effectively solve the defect of existing systems,increase the function of full-text retrieval,and improve the storage performance and the security performance.The system takes account of practicality and ease of use in the design of the interface.It is easy for the staff to learn and use efficiently.
