This thesis presents development of ChangZhou North Electricity Company's agricultural electricity supply management information system,which goal is to address the typical problems in its agricultural power grid operation from normal and abnormal electricity usage aspects to enhance management level.Starting with the analysis on the major problems to be solved in its agricultural electricity supply business,this thesis presents the information system development in its function requirement analysis,design and programming.Its presentation is focused on the improvements of basic business information handling,enhancements on abnormal electricity usage monitoring and grid overhead scheduling.It presents the development work systematically from the functional requirements to the software technical solutions.This software's global function is based on requirements in aspects of basic information handling,abnormal electricity usage information analysis and grid overhead information management.The related information processing demands and use case models are built up for the above requirement analysis.The thesis discusses the approach to the software solution with its design principle in balance of efficiency and practicality,to construct the software architecture by means of the modularization and reuse methods.It also presents further concrete details,including its architecture design,database design,interface schemes,some internal data processing flows and object structures by means of object-oriented methods together with the system programming methods in C++ and some testing works.In conclusion,the application of this system not only improves the company's fundamental business processing capabilities but also enhances the timeliness of recognizing the abnormal electricity usage status and the power grid's overhead balancing and scheduling capabilities,well supports the agricultural grid's economy and reliability.As a result,its development strongly meets the requirements on the agricultural grid operations.
