The Unity Personal Information Management System Based On Seasar2 Framework

With the implementation of the Japanese national identification number system,a personal number will be assigned to each national based on the basic resident's account,which will be used in some fields such as social security,taxation,and disaster support to increase the efficiency of computer management administrative affairs,simplify administrative procedures,and reduce administrative burdens via implement unified management of national information through an efficient and secure unified personal information management system.Assign a general number within the group that corresponds to individual numbers to each citizen to ensure national information security and privacy,and ensure the taxpayer pays taxes according to the legal tax rate,avoids the occurrence of excessive taxes and tax payments,guarantees the fair payment of social security fees,and makes personal information more legitimate,compliant,and transparent.Through in-depth understanding of the national identification system of Japan,under the Windows operating system,using Eclipse as a development tool.The development language is Java,and adopts the famous Seasar2 framework technology in Japan,and uses Oracle 12 c as a back-end database to design and implement unified personal information management systems.The main modules implemented in this system include general number management,national 4 basic information management,information inquiry,information provision,office internal information management,and system management.The functions designed by this paper have been successfully implemented and have reached the expected development design.This project reflects the convenience and quickness of unified management of personal information.Not only has the efficiency of work been improved,but also the tedious process of national service has been simplified and information sharing in various fields has been achieved.
