With the development of global green energy,the demand for wind turbine blades has experienced an explosive growth.However,the grinding and polishing technology in wind power blades has long been limited by its large size and complicated curved surfaces that are difficult to automate.At present,the traditional manual grinding methods are not only inefficient,but also have a high scrap rate.On the one hand,it is difficult to ensure consistency in the quality of processing.On the other hand,the waste generated is harmful to the human body.So,it is of great significance to use an automated grinding and polishing robot to replace the manual.The research content of this paper is based on the DeviceNet bus slave device.It is a bridge between the rail measuring system module and the master PLC in the ultra-large travel of the grinding and polishing robot.The field bus represented by DeviceNet is widely used in the industrial site.It isthe key technology of measurement system in polishing process.The development of the field bus interface of the measurement system has important research significance.With the full study of the characteristics of the DeviceNet field bus architecture model and object,this paperhas developed a device with the DeviceNet bus slave station based on the requirements of the industrial field rail measurement system.This paper details the development of the DeviceNet slave device and its application system.The main contents include: describing the network communication model,object model,connection technology and device description of DeviceNet protocol;designing hardware module circuit based on STM32,mainly including CAN bus communication interface and application module circuit composed of CAN controller and bus driver.This paper focuses on the software framework design and corresponding software development of the DeviceNet protocol,it implements polling data interaction between the main PLC and DeviceNet slave devices as the application layer of the grinding and polishing process measurement system.Finally,this paper has passed the full test of the above software and hardware module,after the scene debugging and the blade test processing,the blade grinding and polishing result shows that the system has achieved the anticipated goal.The equipment has passed the acceptance check and put into production application.At present,the system is running well.The characteristic of this text is to adopt the software-based DeviceNet communication protocol to carry on the development of the slave station equipment,which does not need the specialized agreement chip,with the characteristics such as the hardware is simple,the flexibility is strong,the system integration is high,the cost is low and so on. |
