License plate recognition technology is a very important part of the intelligent traffic system.It is widely used in traffic scenarios such as traffic violations,trajectory tracking,and automatic release.In recent years,the intelligent transportation system has gained popularity in China,and a huge market has also promoted technological progress.At present,the license plate recognition technology and theoretical research have been very mature,but in some specific scenarios,the recognition accuracy rate still has a distance from “approximately 100%”.For example,under the hazy weather,rain and snow weather and extreme lighting conditions,the recognition accuracy rate is Decline in different degrees.In response to these problems,many people have made many performance optimization research results based on image processing algorithms,but due to the stability of the algorithm and work efficiency problems,these problems have not been completely solved.This paper studies dual-band imaging technology and license plate recognition technology,designs a dual-band imaging license plate recognition system,and studies and implements a set of effective license plate recognition algorithms.Experiments and analysis of its experimental results,explore the solution from the optical imaging part in fog and haze weather.The problem of lower recognition rate caused by poor original image data.
