With the development of the aerospace industry and the advancement of communication technologies,space laser communication technology has become the primary choice for achieving space-efficient long-distance communication in the future with advantages of small size,low power consumption,long transmission distance,high transmission rate,and good confidentiality.Countries such as Europe,the United States,and Japan have taken the lead in researching space laser communication technologies and successfully developed engineering products.China also attaches great importance to research on space laser technology and has achieved certain results.In order to realize the need for laser communication between the LEO(Low Earth orbit)satellite platform and the GEO(Geostationary orbit)satellite platform,this paper aims to implement a light and miniature turntable mounted on a microsatellite low orbit satellite platform.Were studied.The necessity and feasibility of the LEO-GEO communication link are summarized according to the characteristics of the satellite orbit;the LEO-GEO communication link is simulated by the STK software,and the actual working index is calculated through simulation analysis;Provides the basis for the design parameters of the turntable.Through the analysis and comparison of several types of laser communication turntables,the final structure of the scanning-pointing turntable was finalized;according to the requirements of communication conditions,the design of the two-dimensional shafting and mirror components of the sweeping-pointing turntable was studied.analysis.Aiming at the transmission condition of the optical path in the rough tracking mechanism,the effects of mechanical,optical and control components on the beam deviation are analyzed.Using the optical matrix transfer theory,the mathematical model of the pointing error of the tracking mechanism's thick tracking mechanism is established;and the mathematical model is solved.The simulation analyzes the pointing performance of the coarse scan and middle mechanism of the rotary table.A servo control system is established with the aiming turntable,and the dynamic tracking performance and dead zone are explored by establishing a mathematical model of tracking capture and miss volume;a PID control algorithm based on BP neural network tuning is adopted for the tracking turntable and established in Simulink.The rough-tracking control model is established;the transfer function of the tracking turntable is established,and the coarse tracking accuracy of the tracking servo system is studied.
