Intelligent manufacturing is the mainstream of the manufacturing industry development direction,the use of automated equipment instead of the traditional manual inspection,to achieve automatic detection of product quality and improve the accuracy of defect detection and efficiency of the entire manufacturing industry is of great significance.Product quality testing equipment based on machine vision is an important research field of automatic detection.Image quality is an important index which affects the performance of product quality testing equipment.However,there is no systematic technical research in China,which greatly restricts the product quality Testing equipment development.In this paper,the quality of the commutator testing equipment as the object,from the image quality assessment and optimization of two aspects,the main contents are:1)summarizes the current situation of image quality assessment at home and abroad,as well as in the field of artificial intelligence recognition and Summarizes the research status and shortcomings of the vision system optimization,and puts forward the research content of this paper.2)introduces the detection requirements of commutator defect detection equipment,and puts forward the influence of defect detection during on-line inspection Image quality indicators,and design visual system optimization program.3)Introduction to the shape of the defect features and shape defects detection algorithm flow,analysis of image quality on the lack of shape.The effect of visual system optimization on the appearance detection is realized by the optimization of the visual system of the shape detection system and the evaluation of the shape defect detection image quality evaluation model.4)Introduce the characteristics of the face defect image and the process of the defect detection algorithm,and analyze the image quality.And the effect of visual system optimization on the appearance detection is realized by the optimization of the visual inspection system of the shape detection.5)Introduce the characteristics of cylinder defect image and the process of cylinder defect detection algorithm,analyze the uneven illumination of the cylinder.The effect of cylindrical image enhancement on the detection of cylindrical defects is proposed by using the algorithm of cylindrical image enhancement.
