As the basic industry to provide technology and equipment package for processing of building material,building materials equipment manufacturing industry is the pillar of building material industry to push forward fast development of national economy.Under the background of severe global market completion transition from Manufacturing Giant to Manufacturing Engine and current situation of building material equipment manufacturing industry that Giant but Weak.Through merging,annexing,reorganization and acquisition,building material equipment manufacturing enterprise establish enterprise group to improve the adverse situation that excess production,homogenization of competition and low concentration,and upgrade the development of building material equipment.However,due to discrepancy of production capacity of building material equipment manufacturing enterprises,uneven allocation of manufacturing resources and different geographic location,building material equipment manufacturing groups face the issues of order distribution and manufacturing resources allocation,especially the issue of material resources allocation.In this view,this article will discuss order distribution issue and optimization issue of material resources sharing by following aspects,stated as below:(1)Introduce the development situation and trend of current building material equipment manufacturing industry;analyze both domestic and abroad research result of order distribution issue and optimization issue of manufacturing resources allocation;discuss study purpose of this thesis,origin of this subject and research goal;finally conclude the organization frame of this article.(2)Summarize the product characteristics and production mode of building material equipment manufacturing enterprise;analyze order handling process and order distribution issue,study order distribution process;sequence order task of building material equipment manufacturing group member according to sequencing method that cost-duration-profit;create the multi-enterprises synergetic order distribution mode with the goal of duration,quality and cost;put forward the combinatorial genetic algorithm based on K-Means;calculate the model as per this algorithm and put the calculation into practice;ascertain the feasibility of the model and algorithm.(3)According to the research and analysis of material resources process of building material equipment manufacturing enterprise,raise the issue regarding optimization of material sharing and transform this issue to typical transportation issue.On this basis,establish optimization model of material sharing;program and calculate the model by LONGO;analyze the calculation.(4)On basis of synergetic order distribution model and material sharing optimization model,with analyzing the demand of building material equipment group,create the management system of order distribution and material sharing optimization and put into practice in enterprise by ASP.NET platform,which proves good result and passes the acceptance.
