| Along with the further development of wireless communication technologies,many relevant research organizations and institutions have made an intensive study of MIMO technology to optimize and improve the communication system.However,the channel capacity and bandwidth utilization provided by MIMO technology is largely determined by the channel characteristics of the wireless channel model.As one of the most important part of communication system,channel model plays a key role in insuring the quality of communication,the accuracy of which being crucial to the development of wireless communication technology.The current commercial LTE-A system is still using 2D MIMO technology,and 3D MIMO technology has been introduced into the evolution of the LTE-A system as an important issue in the study of channel modeling.In order to build MIMO channel model more accurately in real environment,this thesis studies the key technology of 3D MIMO channel model.The basis of channel modeling is the mainstream SCM model and extended SCME model,which are built according to two-dimensional geometric random channel model.The research on the statistical characteristics of wireless channel is just about azimuth component of the horizontal dimension,without the consideration of elevation component of vertical dimension.Therefore,it is not fully consistent with the actual wireless channel.Aiming at solving this problem,this thesis introduces elevation angle parameter of vertical dimension to establish a more realistic three-dimensional channel based on the continuation of geometric random channel modeling.The mainly contents included as follow:Firstly,analyze the ways of building methods of SCM and SCME models.Then extend the existing WINNER II channel model,which makes measurements and statistics of horizontal azimuth on various communication scenes,but there is no statistic on vertical elevation.This thesis brings in the consideration of elevation angel parameter in relevant scenes.Secondly,make detailed analysis for channel parameter estimation algorithm,such as MUSIC,ESPRIT and SAGE algorithms,verifying the performances of MUSIC and ESPRIT algorithm,and then making improvements of SAGE algorithm to estimate parameters of 3D channel.Finally,establish the 3D antenna array and 3D MIMO channel model,then validate the simulation of 3D MIMO channel model.Analyze parameter statistics,including time domain characteristics,envelope characteristics,user's down-dip angle distribution and channel capacity.Simultaneously,calibrate the elevation angle spread of vertical dimension on the basis of 3GPP standard protocol,the proposed 3D channel model can be the reliable basement for further research. |
