| Cloud manufacturing which combines networked manufacturing to cloud computing is a new kind of service-oriented manufacturing paradigm.In the cloud manufacturing environment,resources are integrated into cloud manufacturing service platform by resource virtualization and servitization so that the resources can be accessed from anytime and anywhere on demand which make manufacturing activities more intelligent and low-carbon.Manufacturing resources are geographically widespread.What's more they have a wide range of different functions.However,manufacturing services have to cover all fields and resources types and break the limits of geographical range.All above make the servitization work a great challenge.In order to achieve the traditional manufacturing resources into the cloud to meet manufacturing requirements of manufacturing services and eventually converge into the cloud manufacturing resource pool,to integrate all available resources of manufacturing industry,and to relieve the current situation that utilization of resources is quite low caused by the lack of effective business communication platform,the main research work are as follows:(1)A service status perceptible manufacturing resource servitization framework has been proposed so as to solve the shortage that service state can not be perceived because of the separation of service entity and description.the system structure and principle of operation are introduced in details.some key technologies are researched including resources virtualization,services encapsulation based on Web services,and services registry based on UDDI specification.(2)The resources servitization is a procedure which transforms resources into cloud services.A resources servitization method based on current virtualization technology is proposed and implemented.the method is introduced in aspects of templates,encapsulation,publication and invokation.In order to verify the function and performance some experiments are conducted.(3)In order to enhance the practicality of the proposed servitization framework,a cloud manufacturing service management system is designed and implemented which can integrate the manufacturing industry resources through a combination of online and offline operations.The system is consist of five modules :users management,services management,enterprises management,jobs management and demands management.The architecture and design of modular database as well as implementation of system 's functions are introduced. |
