In business,invoices are statutory vouchers in commodity transactions.Because of the huge commercial market transactions that result in hundreds of millions of invoices each day,financial personnel need to store the data information contained in the invoices in computers or electronic devices.The traditional way of processing is to manually enter the registration and achieve statistics and final accounts of the enterprise department.However,with the increasing number of invoices,the human,material,and financial resources that this processing method consumes increase rapidly,which increases the burden on the enterprise and at the same time manual processing.It is easy to generate statistical errors.With the increasingly sophisticated computer technology and software technology,digital image processing technology has gradually been applied to the commercial field.Therefore,it is necessary and feasible to develop a digital image processing system software for invoice processing.This thesis synthetically uses image processing technology and software development technology to research and develop a digital image processing system for invoice processing.The system includes functions such as invoice image loading,image preprocessing,invoice image identification,invoice information storage,and invoice information query.Invoice image loading and recording function is achieved through two methods of taking photos and locally importing the mobile phone camera.The image preprocessing function mainly includes steps and sub-functions such as image frame capture,image segmentation and cropping,image gray-scale conversion and binarization.The system invoice image recognition function is implemented by atext extraction algorithm based on feature template,the SQLite database is used to store invoice information.The server is built with Lean Cloud to ensure the reliability and sharing of system data.The above software developed in this thesis has the following main features: 1.The client software APP is developed on the Android platform,which is characterized by convenient operation and low cost.2.After the image of the invoice is pre-processed and the image is recognized,the invoice information will be displayed on the interface in real time and automatically stored in the local storage.If the system is connected to the network,the data will be uploaded to the cloud server,so as to achieve data sharing and prevention.Lost.3.data query function can facilitate the staff at any time to access historical data analysis and verification.4.During the use process,parameters can be flexibly adjusted according to different invoice types.Therefore,it is expected to have higher security and recognition accuracy than existing products currently on the market.
