The basic principle of additive manufacturing technology is “layered printing,layer stacking”,this technology is currently a hot research direction.Additive manufacturing technology has achieved rapid development with its advantages of high efficiency,no pollution,and little process flow.On the other hand,in the modern printed circuit,the traditional production process is cumbersome,the cycle is long,the energy consumption is high,the pollution is large and other issues also put forward new requirements.The ceramic paste and the metal ink are used as the raw materials to print circuits through the additive manufacturing technology,which has become an inevitable trend.Firstly,through analyzing the structure of the piezoelectric nozzle in the piezoelectric ink-jet printer,it was found that the commercial ink-jet printer could not directly eject under the condition of large viscosity fluid.Therefore,a kind of circular piezoelectric ceramic injection device was designed and fabricated.In order to avoid clogging of the nozzle and a single nozzle diameter,a replaceable nozzle design was proposed.The power output element directly affecting the injection effect in the injection system is mainly a piezoelectric ceramic sheet.The characteristic parameters,commercial characteristics,and test requirements of the integrated analysis are selected,and a suitable piezoelectric ceramic driver is selected.The finite element simulation software of ANSYS was used to analyze the vibration mode of the piezoelectric actuator.The radius,thickness of the metal substrate of the piezoelectric actuator and the relationship between the driving voltage and the center displacement of the oscillator were studied.The flow characteristics of the fluid in the piezoelectric micro sprinkler was analyzed by the fluid-solid couplingsimulation software.Therefore,it is feasible to verify the new piezoelectric piezoelectric nozzle designed in this paper.Based on the analysis of the driving characteristics of the chip piezoelectric ceramic resonator,a piezo micro-sprinkler actuator suitable for this paper is designed.The experimental results show that the piezoelectric micro sprinkler can work normally.Finally,on the basis of previous research and experiments,with the help of a multi-material three-dimensional jet test platform,metal inks and ceramic pastes were printed and formed at the same time,printed circuits and electronic functional devices were produced,and printed circuits and devices were tested.The test parameters indicate that the printed product basically meets the application requirements.This article provides a new technical support for the application of additive manufacturing technology in printed circuits.
