PCB(Printed Circuit Board),Chinese name for the printed circuit board,is the most widely used electronic component electrical connection carrier,PCB board double-sided detection is a crucial technical link in the PCB board production process,and PCB board double-sided detection is a critical part of the PCB board production process,the detection process' s speed of the PCB directly determines the final production efficiency.At present,the majority of domestic production lines use manual work to flip and load boards,which results in low production efficiency and high costs.Therefore,it is of great research value to study a set of control system with good performance,low cost,good stability and easy maintenance.In this paper,through the analysis and research of the PCB board inspection process,a PCB double-sided detection automatic control system with Siemens S7-200 as the core controller is designed.In order to further improve efficiency,the system adopts six-axis robots as the PCB board grabbing mechanism,and in order to realize the control and monitoring of the detection process,a relatively friendly human-computer interaction interface of the host computer is designed using Kunlun's on-state configuration software.The PCB board double-sided detection automatic control system scheme designed in this paper has passed the project acceptance.The equipment operation is stable and reliable and has achieved a good control effect.Because there are many types of PCB boards to be inspected,and the same stacking of the layouts will have a certain impact on the picking process,this paper introduces the classic edge detection algorithm,and the results are better by comparing the detection results.Discuss the defects of Canny algorithm and make some improvements to it,improved Canny algorithm for PCB board surface inspection,by identifying the PCB board surface recognition and subsequent data processing to accurately locate the robot arm grabbing point.Through multiple image prototypes for simulation tests,the simulation results basically meet the requirements,which has certain guiding significance for improving production efficiency in real production.
