User requirements are more and more diversified as the thriving of experience economy.In order to meet the increasing demand of people,China has proceeded from the improvement of supply quality and implemented the structural-oriented reform of the supply side as the main line to optimize and upgrade the economic structure.Deepening the integration of the manufacturing industry with the Internet is an important part of the country's structural reforms on the supply side,in which electronic equipment manufacturing has become a natural development model for the Internet + manufacturing.Under a series of policy adjustments such as structural reforms on the supply side,Guangdong,which has a manufacturing-based industrial system,ranks first in the country with 52.3% of advanced manufacturing,and 63.2% in Guangdong's own mobile phone brands in 2017.The market share is far ahead.As an important driver of structural reforms on the supply side,independent innovation of enterprises,design as a carrier of the economy,and means to optimize user experience have become effective ways to promote enterprise innovation and improve competitiveness.Final,this paper chose its research object among the self-owned brands in Guangdong,exploring how the enterprise optimize user experience by designing,expecting to find practical significance for the advancement of this industry.The research object is MEIZU,one of the leading self-owned brands in Guangdong province and an enterprise regarding design as its guiding principle and motivation.In the first two chapters,this paper gives a general conclusion of present literature introducing the social and economic background,current situation of smart phone industry,user experience and so forth,preparing the background and theory basis for further research.An on-the-spot investigation of MEIZU company has been finished by means of interviewing the employees who play different roles in product design process in the Flyme I department.A path design path for products that can adapt to the rapid optimization of Internet product product features is built.Through the two-way research that promotes product design and user experience,the product design user experience element model is output.There is an important social realistic significance for thesupply-side reform policies and to experience the independent innovation of enterprises under the economic background.A user analysis is conducted among the users whose behavior modes are in accordance with those of the portrait of typical Flyme users.In this regard,the researcher conduct a one-day follow-up study of the target user,observing her life habits and behaviors,including those happened at and out of home.The observation is a non-participant one and all the key behaviors on different occasions have been recorded.By studying the scenarios where key behaviors occur,the pain spots,needs,expectation and motivation of the target user,this paper gives an in-depth analysis of the demands and needs of the target user and tries to put forward possible solutions to the design of information center based on mobile phone system.
