Research On Sustainable Supply Chain Risk Assessment Based On BP Neural Network

The concept of sustainable produced from becomes the main body of a persistent development,in recent years due to environmental problems is outstanding,enterprises in the pursuit of rapid development at the same time,want to get healthy and long-term development,sustainable becomes its concerns,must be in the background of sustainable idea in the application of supply chain management is a research hot spot problems.The supply chain is an integrated management mode.The supply chain is unstable.Once the risk is taken,the whole supply chain will be affected.Therefore,it is of practical guiding significance to identify risks in sustainable supply management and to evaluate the risks.Firstly,this paper mainly discusses the research background and significance of this paper,analyzes the research trends at home and abroad,and elaborates the research contents and research methods of supply chain risk management in China and abroad.This paper introduces the supply chain risk,the content of sustainable supply chain risk management and BP neural network method.Secondly,the causes of sustainable supply chain risk are studied in detail.From the performance of a supply chain process and the Angle of economic,environmental and social overall influence factors were analyzed,and the induce nine kinds of risk as a secondary index,and then by collating documents,and combining the factor analysis method,the selection of the close correlation between 28 and secondary indexes and applications of risk factors,constructs the index system of sustainable supply chain risk assessment.Thirdly,based on BP neural network,the evaluation model of risk index system based on BP neural network is constructed.By using MATLAB to realize the learning and verification of the model,it is proved that BP neural network model can well predict the risk of sustainable supply chain.Finally,with M beverage company as an example,the simulation training is conducted to accurately assess the total risk of the beverage supply chain.According to the evaluation and research process,the author puts forward some Suggestions on the risk aversion of sustainable supply chain.
