Ocean College of Hebei Agricultural University has a number of advanced instruments.The equipment was placed in laboratories of different disciplines.This makes sharing of equipment between laboratories difficult.There are such phenomena as repeated purchases or off-campus rentals.The result is a waste of equipment and low utilization problems.Therefore,how to use computer technology to realize the automation and intelligent management of instruments and equipment to better serve teaching and research is a very significant research topic.This subject has engineering background and practical application requirements.This paper studies and realizes the instrument and equipment sharing platform.First of all,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the instrument and equipment management of the College and the current research situation of laboratory equipment management system at home and abroad.Secondly,according to the problems of instrument equipment management,the feasibility and requirements of instrument equipment sharing platform are analyzed,user use scenarios are determined,the overall design goals of platform are proposed,the functional and non-functional requirements of platform are described,and the main functional modules of platform are described in detail.Thirdly,in view of the problem of multiple people booking the same equipment at the same time and allocating the time manually,this paper puts forward an instrument and equipment booking algorithm based on greedy strategy.When more than one people apply for the same equipment at the same time,we use greedy algorithm to allocate the time of using the equipment according to the time interval and the state of the equipment.The test results show that this algorithm can realize the rational allocation and scheduling of equipment and maximize the interest rate.Finally,the design,development and implementation of the main modules of the platform and the design and test results of test cases are introduced in detail.The platform has been put into practical use and is currently stable.The application results show that the platform can effectively manage the equipment and promote the open sharing of the equipment.The equipment utilization rate,failure rate,failure rate and maintenance cost provide decision support for the institute in the equipment planning.
