| At present,the mobile communication system is gradually moving from 4G to 5G.Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing(OFDM)is the core technology of the 4G wireless transmission.Because it exists some limitations such as high peak-to-average power ratio(PAPR),being sensitive to carrier frequency shift,high out-of-band radiation(OOB)and cannot satisfy the requirements for data short bursts of V2V(Vehicle to Vehicle)and the requirements for short delays of TI(Tactile Internet)system and so on.So OFDM cannot be applied in some certain scenarios of 5G.The Generalized Frequency Division Multiplexing(GFDM)derived from OFDM is a major candidate technology of5 G for it can meet 5G communication requirements.This paper will complete the construction of the GFDM system and compare the OOB and PAPR between OFDM and GFDM systems.At the same time,several PAPR reduction techniques of GFDM system are proposed.Specifically,the main research content of this paper is divided into three parts:Firstly,research the basic principle of GFDM system.Build the basic model of GFDM system.Emphatically analyze the effect of RC and RRC pulse shaping filter.Experimentally simulated the theory and actual symbol error rate curve of GFDM system under AWGN channel.Analyze the out-of-band radiation and peak-to-average power ratio of GFDM system.Secondly,research the basic technology of PAPR reduction of GFDM system.Experimentally analyze the PAPR performance of GFDM system using CLIPPING and selective mapping algorithm respectively.In order to get over increasing the bit error rate and the computational complexity caused by the algorithms.Partialtrans Mitting Sequences(PTS)is applied to the GFDM system,the experiment shows that the PTS algorithm can also reduct the PAPR of GFDM system.The overall performance of the system is better than the above two algorithms.Finally,for the basic PAPR reduction technology,the improved PTS algorithm—iterative partial transmission sequence algorithm(IPTS),PTS and CLIPPING combined algorithm,IPTS and CLIPPING combined algorithm are applied to the GFDMsystem.Experiments show that they can not only reduct the PAPR of the GFDM system,but also can reduce the performance loss caused by the basic reduction technology. |
