Siemens S7-300 PLC was used as core device,this paper gave a control system design of small and medium-sized LNG gasification station.In terms of the structural characteristics of LNG gasification station,modular design is designed by whole control system from unloading-supercharging module,storage module,vaporization module,voltage regulation-measurement-odorization module in the slave computer to industry computer module,communication module between PC and slave computer,remote wireless data transmission module in the PC.Giving the hardware structures of each modules and choosing devices by comparating properties.WinCC and STEP7 was used to designed software for each modules.In this paper,the problem about PID control technique based on parameter fuzzy self-modify in natural gas pressure of slave computer's storage module is researched,the structure and design of PC's remote wireless data transmission module is studied.By applying this use widely and technology ripening of S7-300 as central controller could be accords with technical requirement.The development trend of LNG gasification station is safe,stable and convenient.The modules of control system is devided by technological process,which beneficial to maintenance and function expand.Based on EPC system network and the "Made in China 2025" plan,the remote wireless data transmission module was designed for reservation in advance with a forward looking technology.The installation and adjustment of control system was combined with actual project.The control system was practiced could be better meeting industrial field control requirements.
