Design Of App For Baling Process Monitoring Of Round Baler Based On Android Smart Phone

Informatization as the commanding point of agricultural modernization,speeding up its development is an important measure to realize our country from a big agricultural country to a strong agricultural country.In recent years,the deep integration of Internet communication technology and agricultural machinery equipment has laid a good foundation for the establishment of a new information source model for round baler.In view of the disadvantages of information transmission,uneven allocation of resources,imperfect integrated services and so on,how to use Android smart phone to develop Applications and realize the supervision of round baler is particularly important.There are few studies and reports on the Application of Android system in round balers.In this paper,a Android smart phone based App is developed to monitor the process of balers.Mainly through various kinds of sensors,the paper realizes the acquisition of the key parameter information,such as the density of bales,the pressure of hydraulic cylinder,the power consumption of equipment and so on.After 4G wireless transmission,the data is received in real time at the client end of mobile phone.In this paper,with the help of Android Studio integrated development platform,Java language as a tool,the overall design and implementation of the system.The App consists of three main modules: selecting equipment,real-time data and historical data.It has four main functions: login management,process monitoring,remote control and dynamic tracking.Finally,the results of real machine test show that the client runs smoothly,the data loss rate is less than 4%,the delay of receiving information is controlled within 2 seconds,and the expected effect is achieved,which can meet the requirements of the remote baling process in round balers.The research and development of App not only enriches the existing agricultural machinery working platform,but also realizes the intelligent terminal's supervision of the round baler,which provides a new scheme for the data visualization of the baling process.To provide a new way for managers to effectively control their production process.
