In order to better combine today's networked information environment,improve the production capacity of enterprises,reduce costs,improve the utilization of resources,better solve the production and manufacturing problems of large and complex products,and promote more effective collaborative production and manufacturing among enterprises.The concept of cloud manufacturing is proposed on the basis of traditional networked manufacturing mode.In the cloud manufacturing environment,the project task management is oriented to a number of enterprises,and each enterprise is the user of the cloud manufacturing platform.At the same time,in addition to the enterprise's information interaction with the platform operators,the enterprise needs to share information with the cooperative enterprise.Cooperative management of project tasks between enterprises,breaking the resource information barriers,distribution of their respective management rights,tracking the implementation of the task in real time,will be more effective to improve the quality and efficiency of the project.In this paper,based on the research background of the discrete manufacturing enterprises in the cloud manufacturing environment,using the project management software P6 and the ORACLE database as the backstage database server management platform,a collaborative manufacturing information management system based on P6 is designed.The first is the design of the overall plan of the P6 based collaborative manufacturing management system.Through the analysis of the task flow in the cloud manufacturing environment,the necessity of the collaborative manufacturing management system design under the cloud manufacturing environment is clarified,and the problems that need to be solved in the collaborative manufacturing management between enterprises in the cloud manufacturing environment are summarized,and the system is integrated.The body framework is explained,and the functional modules of different users of the system are explained respectively.In the aspect of database design,data collection between P6 database and other types of databases is realized.Then the production process and the acquisition of resource information are studied.A real-time data acquisition system based on RFID is developed and designed.The actual production information and equipment status information in the collaborative enterprise production tasks are integrated into the P6 database in real time,and the real-time monitoring of the production schedule is realized by the collaborative manufacturing management information system.Next to the analysis of the production task under the cloud manufacturing environment,the project model of the discrete manufacturing enterprise is established,and the task structure of the terminal optical component project and the EPS project level structure of the cooperative manufacturing system are established in the Primavera P6 project management software.Based on the resource classification and feature analysis under the cloud manufacturing environment,a mathematical model of the resource allocation problem based on the shortest work time is established,and the genetic algorithm is used to solve the model problem.The calculation and analysis are carried out with the external co sub task of the terminal optical component project as an example,and the resources of the outsourcing task are obtained.Accordingly,the management roles and permissions of the corresponding tasks are allocated to each external resource agent in P6.Finally,the business process of the whole system is realized in P6,and the project WEB site is published with the IIS server,and the access view of the project on the LAN based on the B/S mode is realized.
